Our products are created in our in-store kitchen. Every attempt is made to keep any cross-contaminants within their area of work.

We do not make peanut butter or process pecans but we do work with them and again while we attempt to keep our work areas and our surfaces clean from cross contamination we are an active kitchen.
The same is true for our flour/gluten usage. We generally make brownies and cakes on off days of chocolate production and we run our brownies and pretzels in a different batch of chocolate which is separated from a pure chocolate truffle & caramel batch.
