These enrobed brownies are to die for. What’s an “enrobed” brownie, you ask? Playfully we like to say it’s the opposite of being naked, but more earnestly we reply that enrobing is coating something. We coat a truffle, brownie, marshmallow, or fruit, in tempered 60%-80% dark chocolate.
You deserve to scatter these around the kitchen but don’t go as far as placing them behind in-case-of-emergency glass. We’ll make more.
